Holly Madison may have been living the easy life on The Girls Next Door, but she’s not going to run because life got hard.

The 30-year-old Dancing With the Stars competitor is determined to return to the show Monday, despite having to miss out on rehearsals after experiencing excruciating pain, reports Usmagazine.com.

“She is committed to the show and her partner, Dmitry [Chaplin] and will rest when she can,” says her rep. “She fully hopes and, at this time, expects to dance on Monday.”

Madison has been prescribed pain meds. Earlier in the week, she had thought she was suffering from bruised ribs.

She filled in for Jewel, who had to leave the show when she injured her knees.
