I think its wrong of TLC to keep the show on the air. Additionally, its wrong to keep it minus Jon. Kate is NOT A SINGLE MOTHER!!! Jon and her share 50/50 custody. They take turns living at the children’s house. He is just as responsible for those kids as she is. She maybe a newly “single” but she is NOT A SINGLE MOTHER. I hate it when people use that term when its not true.

It’s ashame how their relationship had turned out so bad. Publicity and fame has gotten to the parents and these so-called videos they started off with, was supposed to reflect the growth and interaction with the children. It became a drama. It is definitely not good for the children. Jon and Kate’s relationship is a disappointment. Another divorce added to the statistic.

Well she got what she wanted all the fame and all the fortune! She went from NEEDING Jon for everything to now hiring people to do what Jon did. Way to go TLC, Thanks but no Thanks I am done watching this show forever. I just hope those kids survive what there mother has in store for them.

I am so ashamed that these parents and this network continue to let this sham go on. I loved the show when I thought their reasons for doing it were genuine. That has not been the case for a very long time. Without this show Kate and Jon would not be able to keep up the lifestyle that they have now come to enjoy. Maybe it didn’t start out that way, but that’s where it is now. The kids would do fine without a million dollar house, thousand dollar playhouses and all the other perks they have had the opportunity to enjoy. I have an idea. Kate can go back to nursing and Jon can go back to his career and they can start supporting their family the way most parents do. Maybe their children will grow up with some values and not and idea that things come easy. Lets face it, they aren’t the first family that has had to work to support 8 children. Most children will do fine with a parent’s love and just the fact that they are there for the children, something Jon and Kate just don’t seem to be doing for their children.

I agree with Annie, Kate is in in for Kate, she really thinks she is a star, she has created her own problems with her own actions. She treated Jon like a dog and did it in front of the world. I do not believe she has a compassionate bone in her body. Why do they keep a show on like hers when there were better shows with better families that I never see anymore.

After watching Jon and Kate and all the claims Jon has made regarding as to why he and Kate are divorcing. I find it strange that the same reason he gave for leaving Kate he allows Hailey to do.

Ilove the show and if Jon didn;t like the way things were going he should have talked to Kate and tried to work things out along time ago. That’s what counciling is for. Kate has hung in and took care of the kids and been there for them instead of running around with different men, unlike Jon. I want to see the show keep going without Jon. Now that she has 8 kids to raise alone she needs the money. He didn’t mind helping her get those kids. If he doesn’t want to share in making the show he can stay away. I certainly don’t condone Jon’s actions before he was divorced, but Kate was a bitch to him on camera and off. The camera followed them everywhere so when were they going to be able to work anything out, Why is it that men and women think jumping in bed with the first person they come to is the way to solve problems. Unfortunately infedelity is the number one reason for divorce. There is no turning back and it cannot be undone. I’ve been married for 42 years and have had 4 children and infedelity would be unforgivable in my book. Kate makes me so sick the way she cries and has pity parties for herself on TV. It worked for TLC, they feel so sorry for her they are giving her, her own TV show. I can’t inagine anyone would watch her. I can barely stand to look at her with that hairdo and despite all the public comments about it she is emphasizing it more and more by growing the front even longer to look more like a jerk then ever. All I can say is it feels great to be able to turn on the TV and not see the Gosslins plastered all over everything. There is one thing I don’t understand. TLC fired Jon for breech of contract, but Kate did the same thing, she went on every show Jon did and then some and they didn’t fire her. I think TLC is prejudice. Why do peopl;e keep saying Kate is a wonderful mother. She is so phony. What you don’t see is all the servents she has and how is she staying home with the kids when she is out on the road all the time doing book tours. I am close to my grandchildren and Kate allienated her kids from Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles etc. Not even her family wants anything to do with her, HELLO!!
