This season alone we've seen him use his healing ability (acquired from Claire at the beginning of season 3) and, as Nathan, Ted's radioactivity (acquired at the end of season 1). Sylar also used Ted's "atomic bomb" power last season when Peter went to the future and Sylar "lost it" after his son was killed. So Sylar HAS used the powers he stole in season 1.
