We start off this week being reminded that Nick/Starr are win machines, having come in first for 4 legs. They’re first off this week, and their next destination is Almaty, Kazakhstan – where they must search a chicken factory for their next clue. I’m just waiting for someone to make a Borat reference, c’mon, [...]

Nick/Starr are first off – they must find the Deshbandu (try saying that three times fast) Apartments, and find the central park, which is where the next clue is. They feel that since their back in the lead, they’re a bigger target now (duh). Toni’s finally starting to admit that Dallas is a big [...]

I’m convinced that there’s a conspiracy against me when it comes to The Amazing Race. Seriously, there should have been a non-elimination leg by now…
Moving on – Nick/Starr are first to depart, and the next destination in Delhi, India. Oh funny coincidences, because I seriously had Indian food for lunch on Sunday. [...]

I know its random – but I miss the hippies. I would have loved to see them last a little longer, and it’d be nice to see some happy people as a contrast to the cranky people.
Back on track now! Ken/Tina are first off (again), and the next destination is Siem Reap, Cambodia, [...]

The Divorcees bring out the drama-llama again this week, confronting Nick/Starr over their attempt to U-Turn them and other crap. Ken/Tina are the first to open the clue – and they’re off to Auckland, New Zealand, where they must go to Gulf Harbor and untie a Gordian knot to find the next clue. I [...]

Leanne thinks it’s awesome that the finale is going to be all girls. I think it’s just a product of producers rigging the show. Tim comes in and tells the finalists that they will be sending 10 looks down the runway, so they must edit out two pieces.
We get a montage of the usual [...]

Oh noes! One of the Divorcees is startin’ drama over [...]

Okay, I incorrectly thought last week that Jerrell was safe to go to Fashion Week. Turns out that along with creating their full collections, the four designers have one last challenge – create a wedding gown that represents them as a designer and goes with their line. At least they won’t have to deal [...]

My dad has picked the ‘whiny-bitch’ team of the season. Terrance continues whining about Sarah talking to other teams, blah blah blah. The teams will be headed by plane to Fortaleza, Brazil; once there they must find the Plaza de Cambuto. Nick and Starr are first off at 4:07am, with Ken/Tina and Terrance/Sarah close [...]

Leanne and Kenley whine like high school girls about the drama of last week. Leanne wants Kenley gone (right on, girl!), and Kenley’s mad at Leanne because she didn’t show off her outfit last week. Your outfit was crap, face the truth. Poor Jerrell needs some friends – he’s sitting on the floor playing with [...]

I have to start by saying that The Amazing Race is definitely one of my favorite reality TV shows. For years, my dad and I have watched this show and compete to see who picks the best teams. We want to apply to be on it – we’d make good TV because audiences would [...]

Suede manages to dodge a bullet again, meaning he’s our ‘I gotta step it up!’ whiner of the week. Leanne thinks it’d be cool to have an all-girl finale, but thinks Jerrell has been really good – so he should dress in drag at Bryant Park. I’d rather see him in drag than see snotty [...]

Last week’s double-elimination proves my belief that the Project Runway producers don’t give a damn about the show anymore. They’re in a hurry to sabotage the show before going to Lifetime. I’d say a designer may come back, even this late, but not with this disastrous season.
Leanne gives the producers their next crazy challenge [...]

Terri starts us off this week with the celebration of Stella’s departure. (Hush, I miss her New Yawk attitude and leather) Sleepy Suede mumbles to Blayne about his dream where he had to make sweetheart necklines out of chiffon and Pop-Tarts, which the producers have probably now scurried away to develop into a challenge for [...]

After weeks of drag queens and car parts, the Project Runway designers are hoping to tone down the crazy and work with some normal materials. Stella wonders how to properly make coffee, then gives us the “I’m afraid of being in the bottom three again, I must make it to Bryant Park” interview. Suede’s sad [...]
